Refund policy

At The Body Derma, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item
  • You received a damaged item
  • You received a defective item
  • You received an item that is different from what you ordered

To request a return or exchange, you must contact us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered
  • You must provide:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos or video of the issue
    • Your full name and contact details

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items that have been used or opened
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Orders where the customer changes their mind after delivery
  • Sale, discounted, or promotional items (unless damaged or incorrect)

Refunds

Once your request is approved and the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Refunds are usually issued through:

  • Bank Transfer
  • JazzCash / Easypaisa
  • Or another suitable payment method agreed upon by both parties

Refund processing may take 5 to 10 business days, depending on the payment method.

Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable
  • In case of a wrong or defective item, return or exchange shipping may be covered by The Body Derma
